Call for posters

INCISCOS 2017 is a forum to foster interaction among researchers allowing them to present their new and innovative work in progress.

The poster sessions will give conference attendees an opportunity to learn on-going research projects through informal interactions.

Submission Guidelines

Research posters should be submitted through EasyChair at:

https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=inciscos2017

All poster submissions must include a short paper with the following guidelines:

• Be formatted according to the IEEE template (link) with a font size no smaller than 9pt and occupy no more than two pages.
• Be in PDF (make sure that the PDF can be viewed on any platform).

Accepted poster papers will be allocated 2 pages in the conference proceedings. In additions to the 2-page paper and poster submission, accepted poster author will be asked to create a possible demonstration to be displayed in a dedicated poster area, and present their work during a poster session at the conference.

It is the authors' responsibility to ensure that their submissions adhere strictly to the required format. Submissions that do not comply with the above guidelines may be rejected without review.

Posters may be formatted according to the following template: Download template. Authors are free to use any other format for the poster.

Poster size: A0 landscape (46.8 x 33.1 inches).
